For the past 20+ years, Joseph has been in the financial services industry serving both retail and institutional clients. On the institutional side, he and his firm served some of the largest Money Management firms, Pension Fund trading desks and the Minority Broker Dealers with cutting edge Execution Management Trading Systems. On the retail side of the financial services industry, Joseph has worked for years to diligently provide financial planning for individuals, families, and small business owners. Joseph holds a degree from Northeastern University Boston where he graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Leadership Management. In addition, he has earned his MBA from Western New England University.

Joseph delivers comprehensive financial planning in the areas of retirement planning, business succession planning, asset management programs, personal risk management (life insurance and long-term care) and estate planning strategies. With extensive experience and uncompromising integrity, Joseph delivers objective and straight forward advice to help his clients achieve their lifelong financial goals.

By utilizing the talented team of The Financial Planning Resource Center specialists he and his team provide individualized advice to his clients to assist their families, businesses, and assets. Evergreen Retirement Services provides a fee-for-service business model to ensure clients have access to the resources of a large company while maintaining the personalized attention they deserve to establish, implement, and monitor a financial plan towards success. Joseph finds that his client-base fully appreciates the fee-for-service model versus fees being based upon the purchase of financial products, which is the predominant practice in most of the Financial Advisory industry.

Joseph is an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Representative of Osaic, a leading financial planning firm. In addition, he holds FINRA Series licenses 7 (General Securities), 65 (Investment Advisor Representative) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent). He is also a Select Member of The Resource Group (TRG) and Sagemark Consulting Private Wealth Services (SPWS)*.

Outside of the office, Joseph spends time with his large family. Joseph is a motorcycle enthusiast, loves to travel and to visit family. He volunteers serving as the President of a Board of Directors for Pathways of Lynn, MA, a community-based adult education, and job training non-profit organization. Joseph also is the Chair of the Melrose DEI-Antiracism Task force and a Commissioner on the Human Rights Commission for the City of Melrose, MA.

*SPWS is an internal Lincoln Financial Network organization of top planners who focus on the high net worth market.
